Terms & Conditions
Payment Terms: Payment is due within 10 business days of the invoice date. A late notice will be issued if payment has not been received. If payment remains outstanding after 10 business days, a $20 late fee will be applied every 7 calendar days until the balance is paid in full.
Bylaw Compliance: It is the Agent's responsibility to ensure all post/signage installation requests comply with local municipal bylaws.
Post Ownership & Damage: All posts remain the property of Real Sign Guy. Tying sign to the side of the post voids any free of charge repairs. If a post is lost, removed, or damaged, a $120.00 replacement fee will apply. Service calls for repair or repositioning due to weather conditions may also be subject to an additional service charge.
Rental Term & Removals: Each post installation includes a 90-day rental period. Please provide 48 hours’ notice when requesting post removal.
Property Information: The Agent is responsible for providing accurate and complete property information, especially in rural or country areas. Please be as specific as possible when providing the address and sign location details. For rural properties without an official address number, please include an aerial photograph if possible, clearly outlining the property lines. For all properties, especially country or rural, please supply clear details of the exact sign location. If an incorrect address or insufficient information is provided, there will be an additional charge to remove the post from the wrong location and reinstall it correctly.
Underground Utilities: Please advise if there are any underground water sprinklers, gas lines, hydro lines, or other underground structures at or near the sign location. It is critical to disclose this information to avoid damage and ensure safe installation.
